Come along to a midweek lunch in the city, with a difference: A Pig & Beef Feast at Bristol’s wonderful steakhouse, The Ox.
Make the most of the Samphire-style networking format – no speakers, no presentations – just excellent food, the opportunity to make some new connections and enjoy great conversation. John will be on hand, as always, to make introductions and ensure everyone is at ease.
The Pig & Beef Feast (please note – vegetarian options are available within this menu) features The Ox cured meat boards, pickles, chutney and artisan bread, to start. Smoked mackerel pate or mushrooms, persillade and toast are also available. To follow: whole charcoal roasted Bavette steak, porchetta, triple cooked chips and salad, or Mac ‘n’ Cheese, and all finished off with Dark Chocolate Cremeux and Raspberry.
