Claire Smith, much in demand on the conference circuit, is the Head of Business Development at Moneypenny, the UK's leading outsourced communications business.
Rhian Huxtable is an award-winning Customer Experience Director with over 26 years' experience working in customer service, including senior leadership roles at a number of industry-leading retailers such as Sainsbury’s and Boots. During his time with customer experience specialists, insight6 he has worked with large blue-chip companies and dynamic local businesses developing customer experience strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase profits.
